Here's some bite-sized inspiration...

When life feels really hard, and we lose ourselves in the storms of the night, trust that all is not lost, trust that you can find your way out of the darkness with a moment’s notice. Sometimes darkness feels pervasive and unending but that can also be an illusion. Darkness is a feeling, not a State of Being. Always and forever there is a part of you that is seeking the Light. Find that part of yourself, that little sprout of inspiration – find that precious shoot that only knows to seek the light. Follow the needs of that little sapling – what does it need to feel strong, to feel nourished, to feel safe enough to grow? Identify those needs, write them down and go do them. And when you do, think of how you are nourishing the sapling of hope and your Future Self.

Life comes at us from every single direction: That is the very nature of Life. To attempt to make it organized and linear is to go against our true nature, dare I say, our Lifeforce. We are made of the heavens and earth; there is order and there is chaos, both exist in nature. Why is it that we expect ourselves to be perfectly orderly and non-chaotic? We don’t expect it from nature. We expect nature to change every single day and yet the expectations we demand of ourselves is that we remain unchanging in our moods, our emotions and our thoughts. We are made of a substance that is forever and ever in motion/ We must learn to loosen the grip of our expectations, open to the nature of life and embrace the joy that is our birthright. Only then can we find freedom.
